Those female creatures and interactions with them (ie girl advice thread)

Let me give you some backround. I go to a highschool of 95 people total. I'm a sophomore, the girl in question is a freshman. However, she's rediculously non-average, the reason I like her so much. Reads, doesn't like mainstream music etc. I really like her, and I can tell for certain that she really likes me. However, one of my best friends (a sophmore) is dating her and has been for about 5 months or so. He knows I like her too (we actually joke around about it quite abit, so I've managed to keep him in a good mood about the whole thing so far).So the question is, what do I do? I guess my only option is wait however long it takes (1year +?) for them to break up, and then date her after that. How long after they break up should I try to go for her? There's a guy in her class that might try too, so I'm apt to go a little more quickly than is normal. I would take the whole 'just date another girl' thing, but remember the lack of girls around my area. The wait is just driving me crazy. If he wasn't in the way we would already be dating...Wow, I guess I've stooped to the lowest of the low. I can't help but feeling immature after re-reading that :P.

1. Figure out an STD your willing to get.
2. Secretly give it to her via a small scratch.
3. Tell you friend that she has it (You don't want to be a liar).
4. Tell her that you don't mind.
