Thoughts on Ghhays and Lesbians

This is not a gay bashing thread, but I just wanted to know what your thought on Homosexual couples is. Dont say, well they can do whatever they want if it doesnt bother me...I want your honest opinion

Personally, I believe that homosexuality is unnatural and as a christian unethical. You cant reproduce, and who would want to be the child adopted by two fathers...just a thought

Honestly I dont think much about it. They like same-sex partners just like I like my partners with black hair, boobs, and a vagina Its simply a difference in preference, and it if it makes them happy, I will be damned if its my place to tell them "no"

I still think gay sex is gross, and lesbian sex is hot, though. I know that comes off as kind of crude, I just don't think I could ever have sex with another man.

I definately support equal rights for homosexuals though, and I am still disappointed in my State (CA) for Prop 8...I cant believe that passed.

I really just don't care. Any relationships between consenting adults that don't harm anyone are fine by me.

They can do whatever they want, it doesn't bother me... because they are normal human beings just like I am, and should be entitled to the same rights as me, a heterosexual.

as long as someones relationship is not shoved in my face, I dont care, its up to them and has nothing to do with anyone else. also, everyone loves to watch lesbians, so its all good

I worked with a gay guy for like 2 years. He's a good dude. We spent time talking about movies and sports and family. Hrll I took my GF at the time and we had a triple date thing at Magic Mountain. He would also talk about his relationship issues and what not. Gay or straight, we all feel and go through similar things. So I can care less.

So... I cant say it doessnt bother me? What if it dont?

In all honesty I am far less tolerable towards people who use religion to justify thier own fears and hatred.

I can see nothing wrong done from people who are in a same sex relationship, they hurt no one... So why should it bother me?

It somehow baffles me why some people find a book written by someone they dont know, more important then the happyness of peoplethey have never met.

I guess it comes from an incredibly sheltered life, asfar as Ive seen most people who have never been outside thier own country(or state) usuallypoints fingers and damning everyone and everything that is not exactly like they themselves were brought up...

And I think it hilarious some people believe the only purpose of a relationship is to procreate :D is that sincere or are you really just looking for sex?

Everyone's life is their own. If you think it's so wrong, then you must also believe that they will be punished for it eventually by whatever deity you believe in. So why cause a ruckus? Live and let live.

I'm incredibly happy with my guy and I couldn't care less what some 'religious' folks think about that. They should try to stick to their own lives, I'm perfectly capable of handling my own, thank you very much.

Christian ethics are a joke that no one follows, I see no reason why a specific group of the population should be discriminated against by them.

If we discriminate against homosexuals because we feel it is "not normal," then why not discriminate against anyone who is "different/unnatural." We don't go killing crippled children, do we?

That being said, homosexuality isn't an active choice. It's chemistry.

I see nothing wrong with it at all. Why shouldn't everyone have the right to love and be happy? Don't judge others unless you wish to be judged kind of thing.

I have no problem with homosexuality or homosexual couples, what I do have a problem with however is the lack of action on the issue of equal rights for homosexuals.

that sentence has no worth. Can't anyone and everyone pretty much do anything and everything, as long as it doesen't bother you? Because, ya know -- it doesen't bother you?

That doesen't mean you find what "they" want to do to be right, it just means that as long as they conform to whatever your values are, it's fine with you, which uh is pretty much a given, since it's your values, and not their values. =|

In any case, my thoughts are that homosexuality is something that occurs in nature, and that people don't have much choice about the matter. I think it is wrong to discriminate against people who aren't hurting anyone.
