well yah everyone misses the old potty humor. But in all honesty can u blame them for selling out? the same thing happened to blink-182 but on a much lesser scale. Both the bands grew up, had kids. They can't really sing songs about that kind of stuff anymore, they're dad's now. So yah it sucks but I dont hate them for it.

three days grace by far. their first album is one of the worst i've ever heard, but their new one is actually pretty good for mainstream hard rock. all of mcr's albums are awful in my opinion. and yes, i have heard them (my cousin is emo and forced me to listen to them last thanksgiving).

why do you have to decide between them? why can't you enjoy both? I personally favor Three Days Grace, I'm not a fan of My Chemical Romance. You should check out Silverstein.

Because they sound exactly like Creed, Nickleback, Our Lady Peace, and all that other corporate crap that just tries to rip off Pearl Jam. Pearl Jam isn't that good anyways but at least I can listen to them for 30 seconds without trying to kill myself.
