Thank you Theo for trying to make things nice and clear for those who hold on to the conspiracy theories.

Also, I think the greatest part of this thread is the amount of people who thought you were arguing FOR those theories  read people, read...

And the flag was blowing! :o No Wind on the Moon!

ps3wizard45
But there is very little gravity to hold the flag down on both sides. So the slightest touch can cause movement.

The word "false" is rather unfortunately cut off when you're in the thread.

Eh, there's always this thing: I think people are just too hasty with thread titles and don't bother to read the OP in proper context before jumping the gun.

The only thing that casts doubt in my mind is why has no one landed man on the moon ever again? Surely if you can do it once you can do it again easily with better Tech? if any1 could answer this it would be much appreciated.

There's nothing left to do on the moon at this time. It'd be a waste of money.

The top bar in IE doesn't contain quite that much text - it stops right after 100%.

Not disagreeing that some people are a bit too hasty, though. :P

Interest in the moon dropped off drastically after we discovered it is not actually made out of cheese.

Well IE sucks anyway, so they deserve to be ridiculed for misinterpreting the topic title just for that.

We have been back to the moon. Several times.

I think people also have elucidated that since then, we haven't really cared as much and there has been no interest in returning.

Guys, the moon landing was fake. Just face it. All those theories, they mean nothing. There is no way it's real.

Yep, saw that today. It's just sad that people ignore common sense.

I don't even think the moon is real.

That's what's in area 51, a giant spotlight projecting an image of the moon in the sky. The real moon was destroyed in the 50s by aliens.

[QUOTE="MetallicaKings"]that doesnt disprove anything. If NASA faked the moon landing, why wouldnt they just make up the three points you stated.GabuEx

It is impossible to fake a parabolic dust trajectory in a studio with an atmosphere. If they had somehow weighted the dust, it would not have been kicked up as high as it was. The initial trajectory is consistent with what is seen on Earth, and the resulting trajectory thereafter is consistent with an environment with no atmosphere.

Thus, unless someone wants to claim that NASA edited in dust frame-by-frame in all of the video footage available - in the 1960s, no less -there is no other possible conclusion but that the footage is genuine.

They probably faked it with CGI. Really good CGI.

I think we can also use another thread on 9/11 conspiracy theories. Those seem to be as widespread as ever. I still don't know what is believed more though: this or the belief that 9/11 was a complete inside job.
