The only thing that casts doubt in my mind is why has no one landed man on the moon ever again? solidgamer

Interest in the moon dropped off drastically after we discovered it is not actually made out of cheese.

We have been back to the moon. Several times.

I think people also have elucidated that since then, we haven't really cared as much and there has been no interest in returning.

Mine contains it all. :P

Mythbusters just did a nice special busting all the conspiracy theories about the moon.

I don't even think the moon is real.

That's what's in area 51, a giant spotlight projecting an image of the moon in the sky. The real moon was destroyed in the 50s by aliens.

I won't believe they went to the moon until I see the green cheese :D

It is impossible to fake a parabolic dust trajectory in a studio with an atmosphere. If they had somehow weighted the dust, it would not have been kicked up as high as it was. The initial trajectory is consistent with what is seen on Earth, and the resulting trajectory thereafter is consistent with an environment with no atmosphere.

Thus, unless someone wants to claim that NASA edited in dust frame-by-frame in all of the video footage available - in the 1960s, no less -there is no other possible conclusion but that the footage is genuine.

They probably faked it with CGI. Really good CGI.

I think we can also use another thread on 9/11 conspiracy theories. Those seem to be as widespread as ever. I still don't know what is believed more though: this or the belief that 9/11 was a complete inside job.
