Maybe they'll hire him again once he recovers. He probably wouldn't play as well if he's undergoing cancer treatment, which I assume is what happened. You shouldn't keep him on the team just because he has cancer.

Well, I'm a Titans fan and I support this decision. While I understand this may look bad to some people, it gives him time to rest and hopefully recover for his cancer.

Should be a non-story New head coaches usually clean house when they take over (even when hired from within). -they want their own 'guys' at the two most important spots OC and DC -people are only making it a story b/c the coordinator had cancer So new head coach fires multiple people from old staff. No big deal. ...should you keep someone just b/c they have cancer? (coaches contracts are guaranteed btw)
