calves were the only muscle i could lord over everyone else in the gym. I think because i was fat before i started bodybuilding maybe. Sadly if i could choose, calves probably would have been my last choice. Oh well.

My legs would fit better on the body of an athlete rather than the lazy gamer they belong to. I honestly don't know how I manage to stay in above average shape in general though considering I really am a lazy guy. Granted there's really not much for me to do.

biceps, no doubt about it. I can curl 70 pound dumbells; even that impresses me sometimes. My back is pretty strong too; I am really good about getting all the different muscle groups worked out...I just hate working out my legs, though, so theyre a bit neglected.

my least favorite? Problably my gut

That's pretty impressive. I was once doing rows with about a 70lb dumbell and it was on the floor when a friend came over. He's smaller than me but he works out a lot more. He picked it up like he was going to curl it and I was like "dude don't that's like 70lbs" and to my surprise he did it like 4 reps.

My only "feat" of strength was doing 50lb wrist curls. 50lb per wrist. I didn't do it for long though...the wrist doesn't like that much weight even if the muscles can handle it.

i'm the same about the wrists, i have small wrists because i'm an ectomorph and when ever it comes to bicep workouts i cant curl heavy amounts because my wrists just cant take the weight but my biceps easily could, Luckily because of my Matrix workouts i only need to use 40-50% weight to get a great workout in on them.

I have small wrist too. They give out before I feel anything on my bicep. It's the only part of my body that seriously needs an upgrade, kinda sucks.

you guys use a curl bar? I get pretty bad wrist pain when using a curl bar... but my wrists and bone structure is thick as can be. Something about the angles of a curl bar gives me shooting pains in my wrists/forearms. If that sounds familiar, try a straight bar or dumbbells and see if it helps.

Your wrists shouldnt be hurting, the muscles that control wrist movement and grip are in your forearm. If your bones giveout before your muscles, there will probably be an audible "snap" involved. If you have wrist pain i think its the same problem i have, possibly with an unnatural angle.

im just saying it seems unlikely thats the cause. Your wrist is a joint afterall, and not a solid bone. Your bones will thicken and gain density with weight lifting. If you are having issues with the wrist itself its probably the tendons in your wrist, which you can probably work around with technique. I guess maybe a better description of the problem would help with the troubleshooting.

My legs. I'm an offensive lineman in football and I wrestle so building my lower body's really important and I love to squat and deadlift. My least favorite would be my abs. They're pretty strong but due to my genetics/ body type they don't stick out at all. I actually wish I could be more toned but I'm happy with my muscle mass as it is and I'd much rather be really strong but not look it than look strong but not be it.

My legs, more specifically thighs. Past running experience mixed with lots of swimming pays off. Least favorite is probably my arms. I tend to be underweight, but somehow I always manage to accumulate some flab on them.

Have you tried working on your arms at all?

My Hamstrings or my legs in general would be my most developed, which is good because most people have piss-poor leg development. I thank you heavy squats. After that probably my back. Least favorite is definitely stomach right now, eating 4000 calories a day does NOT help the 6 pack.

For me it's my legs. I run track so my legs are the perfect combo of strength, length, and speed. My least fav is tie between my face and chest. I have puffy areoles and no man-nipple so it looks like I have fat on my pectorals when its really just a puffy areole on muscle. My have a round face, and my face is the first place I gain weight in, the last place I lose it. So from the neck up I look big husky but from the neck down I look slim.
