[QUOTE="PS2_ROCKS"]That's pretty impressive. I was once doing rows with about a 70lb dumbell and it was on the floor when a friend came over. He's smaller than me but he works out a lot more. He picked it up like he was going to curl it and I was like "dude don't that's like 70lbs" and to my surprise he did it like 4 reps.[QUOTE="mrbojangles25"]
biceps, no doubt about it. I can curl 70 pound dumbells; even that impresses me sometimes. My back is pretty strong too; I am really good about getting all the different muscle groups worked out...I just hate working out my legs, though, so theyre a bit neglected.
my least favorite? Problably my gut

My only "feat" of strength was doing 50lb wrist curls. 50lb per wrist. I didn't do it for long though...the wrist doesn't like that much weight even if the muscles can handle it.
i'm the same about the wrists, i have small wrists because i'm an ectomorph and when ever it comes to bicep workouts i cant curl heavy amounts because my wrists just cant take the weight but my biceps easily could, Luckily because of my Matrix workouts i only need to use 40-50% weight to get a great workout in on them. I have small wrist too. They give out before I feel anything on my bicep. It's the only part of my body that seriously needs an upgrade, kinda sucks.i'm the same about the wrists, i have small wrists because i'm an ectomorph and when ever it comes to bicep workouts i cant curl heavy amounts because my wrists just cant take the weight but my biceps easily could, Luckily because of my Matrix workouts i only need to use 40-50% weight to get a great workout in on them. I get pretty bad wrist pain when using a curl bar... but my wrists and bone structure is thick as can be. Something about the angles of a curl bar gives me shooting pains in my wrists/forearms. If that sounds familiar, try a straight bar or dumbbells and see if it helps.[QUOTE="sonofsmeagle"][QUOTE="PS2_ROCKS"] That's pretty impressive. If your bones giveout before your muscles, there will probably be an audible "snap" involved. If you have wrist pain i think its the same problem i have, possibly with an unnatural angle. no dude its our small wrists that just cant support the weight and force,

Your wrist is a joint afterall, and not a solid bone. Your bones will thicken and gain density with weight lifting. If you are having issues with the wrist itself its probably the tendons in your wrist, which you can probably work around with technique. I guess maybe a better description of the problem would help with the troubleshooting.
My legs. I'm an offensive lineman in football and I wrestle so building my lower body's really important and I love to squat and deadlift. My least favorite would be my abs. They're pretty strong but due to my genetics/ body type they don't stick out at all. I actually wish I could be more toned but I'm happy with my muscle mass as it is and I'd much rather be really strong but not look it than look strong but not be it.
