I love cheese. Cheese on crackers, parmesean on spaghetti, on sandwiches, fondues, anything that involves cheese. Anyone else a cheesehead?

I like cheese, but it's not an absolute must for much. I do love Habanero (sp?) cheese though.

Love it. Havarti is my favourite - either by itself on a nice dense rye, or coupled with roast beef to make a deliciously orgasmic sandwich. Aged cheddar is nice, too, and makes for a good mixer with mozza when making nachos. It's also fantastic for snacking at room temperature with crackers. Speaking of mozza, there are few things that don't benefit from having mozzarella melted over them. The various middling cheeses are nice too, mostly as sandwich complements - colby, montery jack, provolone, swiss, etc, although the individual tastes aren't so fantastic I eat them on their own. Swiss in particular is kind of nasty by itself. Same with gouda. Brie and camembert are great with crackers or with salad. So is feta - and crumbled over olives on a pizza. The only cheeses I will actively avoid are linberger, which smells and tastes like old feet (so does edam, but edam is nice on thin-crust pizza with mozza and veggies), and gjetost, with is a caramelized Norweigan cheese that tastes a lot like, well, caramel. It's disgusting.

Oh, man, I love cheese. It may not be healthy to eat too much of it but screw it! I can always do some sit-ups later and feel better about myself. One thing I've loved having lately is nacho chips with that Tostitos Salsa with Queso (cheese). It's medium spicy and it's damn delicious. When I ran out of Tostitos chips, I started using Ritz crackers and couldn't stop myself. I felt like such a pig after but I couldn't care less. I was so satisfied. Mmmm....

American is good on sandwiches, but that's about it. Pepper jack is probably the best, swiss sucks, colby jack is great on so many different foods. I like mexican blends as well. And mozzarella is amazing in breaded cheese sticks

Simple. When there's pepper jack! I love cheddar, but I love the kick that pepper jack provides. Oooh, now jalapeno cheddar.... that's a different story!

I was going to compare cheese to God and disprove the existence of cheese, but that would make my sandwiches unfortunately empty. Horseradish cheese with roastbeef. Pepperjack with burgers. (or cheddar) muenster and provolone for anything mozzarella with tomatoes and olives and balsamic vinegar asiago/parmesan for delicious hard cheese... i can keep going mmm, room temperature brie on warm french bread :o
