I don't know many varieties of cheese, so I will go with the obvious: feta cheese :P

Although I do like when cheese included in meals as cheese sauce or something like that.

Gyros does not have lamb :P It has pork meat. I can give you the recipe... :lol:

Honestly I wouldn't try that pizza. Have you? Was it good?

It was great. gyros don't have lamb in greece? LOL http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gyros Greek dish consisting of meat (typically lamb and/or beef and pork) Also they have a pizza with tzatziki sauce :oJandurin

For example, in Crete in stead of tzatziki, the default sauce to put in gyros is plain yogurt. :o I know. I was shocked when I travelled there and learn about that. Luckily it tasted good nonetheless. :P
