Today, I saw a Squirrel die

it was running across the road and was hit by a car. the squirrel screamed in pain and rolled back to the side of the road and twitched to death. it was a horrible sight, but in all honesty that is the very worst thing i have ever seen with my own eyes, which i guess makes me blessed, i mean with all the terrible things that people are doing if the worst thing you've seen in 27 years is squirrel being hit by a car then i think that makes you pretty lucky..

so whats the worst thing you've seen..?

btw, i took a picture of the dead squirrel, is posting pictures of dead squirrels a toc violation, gs aren't quite clear on that.

its not abt being cool, its just that i've nvr seen a squirrel get hit by car, don't ever want to see it again, pictures are just a reminder..

When I was 10 I once found a dying baby bird on the side of the road. His little sibling was already next to him, laying lifeless. I looked at the dying baby bird and saw that it's wing was torn off, and it was dying and I felt so sad and I thought I could end it's suffering by killing it. So I tried stepping on it (which was not the smart thing to do, but I was 10) and instead of it dying a clean death its guts started spewing out from its rear end and beak and oh my god I started crying. :cry:

Please do not post that picture, as it is covered under the Terms of Use as offensive content. It would be a graphic image that would indeed offend those who love animals, as it's something that just don't want to see. As far as the worst thing I've seen, it would have to be the second World Trade Tower falling on live news. I never became physically sick from seeing a tragedy until I saw that happen. :(

I once saw a squirrel trying to leap from tree to tree...and it missed and plummeted to the ground, and lay motionless.....it was actually kind of funny. :lol:

I am not even sure it still died after I stepped on it, I think its head was still moving. :(

Reminds me of the time I picked up a baby bird, my friend told me that the mother wouldn't take it back since it now had my scent on it...so I took it with me and we went swimming...I think I left it on a branch somewhere and never saw it again.

I still have the picture burnt into my mind...sorry birdie.
