The way some people go on in here, you'd think they reside in one of the Asian countries where you are guilty until you can prove your innocence.

Innocent until proven guilty, the country's criminal justice system in built on it. If you don't agree with it take it up with the entire criminal justice system - not with those being ridden of thier rights and being treated contrary to what the established rules of justice are here.

It was mentioned in declaration of human rights, convention for civil and political, article no 14 in us constitution and a million other international treaty which is legally binding to US gov. If you're that religious then why don't you preach in some temple? Bigot.
