The hate for FNC or huffington Post, MSNBC etc shows the true divide of the mover and shakers of this country. The hardcore ideologues number about 38% of the US population from the last poll i saw. Last time I watched O'Reilly, he certainly wasn't hating on anybody. I will agree about the Huffington Post or MSNBC though, but I don't think FOX is as bad as everyone claims it is.

I was mainly referring to the supporters and the hardcore of the two sides. I've never debated any media personality, but I have with fox and young turks supporters. These are the people who perpetuate and blog about bias news agency that are opposite of their views. In many cases they have legitimate gripes, but their demeanor and combativeness is a huge turn off. It's like meeting one of those 9/11 conspiracy theorist... oh man...

No they really do have higher ratings than CNN and MSNBC combined. They are the #6 spot out of all cable TV networks at primetime. Look it up if you'd like.

there's very little real journalism on tv anymore (which is why you have these "bimbos"). half the news now is reporting dry facts (weather, accidents, press conference, press release etc) and the other half are glorified ads for products or celebs. there are a few shows that still do investigations so kudos to them. sadly they aren't the nightly news anymore.
