I started looking at the 111 Wussiest songs...
80. 'Friday I'm in Love' Listen to the Cure's 'Friday I'm in Love,' one of AOL Music's 111 Wussiest Songs Ever. The Cure (1992) The worst thing Robert Smith ever did was fall in love. After more than a decade of leading the goth army with songs soaked in wrist-slitting melancholia, the Cure frontman skipped into the Top 40 with this deliriously upbeat diddy about getting nookie at the end of the week.

 And LJS, people have opinions, too. ;)

this list fail cause it doesn't have the guy from fall out boy. he cried for 30 minutes cause some threw an almost empty plastic bottle at him.kolobus11
LOL! that sounds about right. and he deserved a full glass one

I think maybe RPG-er is mistaken as i do know that the lead singer from Panic! At The Disco got a glass bottle full of urine thrown off his head at which point he was unconscious for 30 mins, but hopefully RPG-er has a link that we can see.

Thats the one. It pisses me off so much that someone would do that, sure i'm not a fan of them but no matter how much i hate a band i would never go as far as to throw stuff at them.

I never said I didn't like the song... Oh, and here's the no.1 song from the thing:
1. 'Shiny Happy People' Listen to R.E.M.'s 'Shiny Happy People,' one of AOL Music's 111 Wussiest Songs Ever.R.E.M. (1991) Disowned by the band on its 2003 greatest-hits album despite being one of the critically adored "college rock" group's biggest chart successes, 'Shiny Happy People' is a case in point that irony doesn't always translate. (That's why they created emoticons ;-) Supposedly written in response to the horrific Tiananmen Square massacre in Beijing in 1989, the song finds poetic lyricist Michael Stipe borrowing from a bit of Chinese propaganda roughly interpreted as "shiny happy people holding hands." But the finished product was no trenchant political statement from a human-rights warrior exercising the power of his celebrity. Instead, it was an anthemic lobotomy, precisely the kind of pop puffery the band meant to skewer.
Yeah, I disagree. >_>

So true. Is there list of the most hardcore people in rock?
kolobus11
Im not sure. There is a list of Top 111 wussiest songs. And The Cure made the list. http://music.aol.com/feature/111-wussiest-songs-111-102

That's kind of the point though. Like, the Cure is ridiculously sensitive. It's almost to the point of being full on bipolar. Really, the Cure is just optimistic. The desire for everything to be impossibly wonderful is always there, and then it's always crushed. But, Pornography is not really that way at all.
