Yeah, but if you've lived there your whole life you kinda just get used to it. I've lived just north of Dade county though for over 10 years now, so it's a tiny bit better for me.
Still love Miami and South Florida even though I'm kind of the minority.
Sydney, Australia? BS. Sydney is ranked almost last in Australian cities to live in, so there's at least 5 other cities in Australia that should go on that list before Sydney.

Melbourne, Noosa (more of a town), Brisbane, Melbourne, Broom. Did I forget Melbourne? Keep in mind, it is according to the official rater people the 2nd best city behind Vancouver. And here, its 24? And people say it's depressing? Only thing wrong is public transport.
I live in L.A and personally I think it is pretty dull and lifeless. I am moving from here as soon as I can.

Well problem is I dont know many people out of Los Angeles, I have family in England, and Ireland so in the summer I am going to be in an area of England called Norfolk, near Norwich. Either that or somewhere in Ireland like Dublin or Cork. My real reason for going over there though is that my dad is a director and he is giving me a really good video camera to use so I can start making short films and eventualy go on to make feature's. Plus he knows actors who would help me out too so I am pretty much set over there. I will be leaving all my friends behind though so that will be hard to do if I decide to stay beyond the summer:(
List was great until I saw Hong Kong. It's definitely not a place I'd want to live in, hell I didn't even anywhere where I could live in Hong Kong. I never saw any houses there, just apartments and ugly high rise buildings unless I'm looking in the wrong place :? It's a nice place to go for vacation but definitely not a place I'd want to live.
Anyone find it funny how theres an African City and an Israeli city on there? Sorry, but I prefer to NOT live in unstable regions....

Uneducated post is uneducated. Surprised to see Paris so low down. Barcelona is an awesome city though. Deserves second. Chicago? I'd love to go there, so no complaints. London so high up irritates me though. It doesn't appeal to me at all...
Based on how they chose the city, any city on that list is fail regardless what position it is. I'd prefer a quiet, sunny, peaceful town that has all the amenities.
London should not be on that list, its a pit now, is highly expensive, public transportation is horrid, traffic is horrid, on the bright side, if you like rain constantly its the way to go !
Nice to see Cape Town there, I lived there for a couple of years when I was younger and bouncing between countries because of my stupid family. Loved that place. Shame Dublin's not on there though...
