This movie is supposed to be about a bunch of guys fighting in a secret club. But instead of that promising plot, we get some guy depressed in his apartment because he's an insomniac...and this junk goes on for 2 hours. Edward Norton is a great actor but one of the reasons this movie has been so overrated is probably because of very overrated actor Brad Pitt. Similar to the insomniac in this movie, you'll be very depressed, having to watched this boring, train-wreck of a film. 2. Batman 
Tim Burton's Batman movie has been critically acclaimed by everyone because they all think Burton walks on water. But the fact is that this is a boring movie and Michael Keaton is a pretty boring and lifeless Batman and you don't have any interest in any of the characters including Jack Nicholson, who still does a good job as the Joker. 2. The Terminator 
I hate to say this movie is overrated because Schwarzenegger is my favorite actor of all-time but this is one bad movie in my opinion. Unlike the spectacular 2nd and 3rd Terminator movies, this movie has very few exciting action scenes and car chases. The 2nd movie fixed this problem, but the first movie has a real goofy, 80's storyline that doesn't really keep you into the movie and worried that if Sarah Connor dies the humans could lose the war in the future. Linda Hamilton doesn't get good until the 2nd movie and in this movie she is just some scared, horror movie-like actor, who just runs away the entire film.
