I planned to buy the x1 but today I went to my local best buy and got the x3 since I changed my mind. So far, its good. The only problem is that when the wireless transmitter is blocked by an object, it starts to make a buzzing sound. Another problem is that when I play at night, I lay in my bed while I play. So that means that I have to move the dang transmitter to my direction so it won't make the buzzing sound. I hate it. It also makes little tiny buzz sounds when there is nothing playing. Anyways, I was just thinking, should I return the x3 and get the x1,(plus best buy gives your money back anyways) so I won't have to deal with the buzzing sounds(plus I'm getting into PC gaming so I can probably use the x1 to plug into my PC and play and chat on the PC). Or should I keep it? Any suggestion and recommendations? Also, I have to put the transmitter in the right place so the buzzing sound will go away. I have to have it at exactly precise angle and it takes like 5 minutes.

Wireless headsets have come a long way, but wired ones are still better. If your getting into PC gaming, try to stay away from gaming headsets.. they are usually bad quality, try to get a pair of cans.

More lag and signal disruption, unless the environment is perfect or digital the sound will be distorted. Also you have the battery issue.
