Drake and Josh for when I was younger. The first three seasons of Family Guy, and most of the episodes after that... Still working on King of The Hill and The Simpsons, I plan on watching every single episode eventually.

I can't say that I ever watched all of the episodes for all those shows though I watched them all as a kid. I also liked The Man From U.N.C.L.E., Get Smart, and The Green Hornet (Bruce Lee as Kato FTW). Throw in Land of The Lost too.
I don't think there's a single tv show that I like that I didn't watch every episode of. I need to see every episode if it's good.
Battlestar Galactica Reimagined, Stargate SG1, The Practise, Boston Public, Castle, Bones, Family guy, Futurama, American Dad, Human Target, True Blood, LOST, The X files, Scrubs, Band of brothers, Generation Kill, The Pacific, Supernatural, Firefly, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell: Stand alone complex, Black Lagoon.
^This. Also Dexter, Breaking Bad, How I met your Mother, Weeds, Mad Men, The Office, Modern Family, Six Feet Under and a few more.Pre-film Spongebob Squarepants. I refuse to accept the new episodes as part of the show.

I've seen every episode of 24, Modern Family, The Office (U.S.), Superman: The Animated Series, and Justice League / Justice League Unlimited. I have seen most episodes of Everybody Loves Raymond, Seinfeld, and Batman: The Animated Series.
The Dudesons (including the movie), How I Met Your Mother and every season of 16 and pregnant and Teen Mom.
here we go:
Survivor, Amazing Race, Scrubs, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Tough Enough, Viva La Bam, Jackie Chan Adventures, Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures, Looney Tunes (all the old stuff)
(i thought there would be more, oh well)
lemme think
I've got a lot of shows i've seen every episodes of.
Unless it's not a cartoon or episodic. and it's in a setting i'm interested in, i feel obligated to watch it the whole way through.
This also makes me not watch TV shows that i'm interested in, that are running on TV right now. cause i hate waiting on the next episode. I wait till the series is done (canceled or not) and watch it all in one sitting.
The Mighty Boosh, The Young Ones, Death Note and The IT Crowd.
In the progress of watching Dragon Ball Z
Invader zim
Sonic Satam
Sonic underground
Thats about it I really don't have that much time anymore to watch all episodes of a show.
I'm pretty sure I saw all of the episodes up to around that point, the last new episode I saw was the one where there's some guy trying to kill spongebob and he doesn't realize it and makes him his bodyguard or something. I've seen every episode of Red vs. Blue in the main series (not counting the special PSAs and stuff)Pre-film Spongebob Squarepants. I refuse to accept the new episodes as part of the show.
