There is a difference between saying something and planning something out.  Look at what happened to that kid playing league of legends

Getting raped in jail because he said something online, that seems just.

Think there is a minor difference between getting into a sensationalist argument about a game And Creating an account called "rapey1" in order to harass and threaten a random woman

Is that the part that bothers you?

[QUOTE="Chris_Williams"][QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"][QUOTE="Chris_Williams"] oh please, do you know how many times I been threatened over the internet? People can say whatever they wanna say because they know there is no immediate consequences of their actions. There isn't a such thing as cyber police, you can't call the police and say this guy on this website threatened to come beat you up.

Do you know that cyber bullies have also make individual's live unbearable outside the net and sometimes they do mean what they say?

what are you going to do, call the cops and say someone over the internet is harassing and threatening you? If you truly feel your life is in danger then yeah contact cops but we are talking about twitter here. All you gotta do is turn off the damn thing.

Which doesn't stop an individual if they mean another harm. I believe threats are against the law....the internet should not be above the law.
