I really don't mind gore whatsoever. I have seen tons of movies with gore, many of them made by Takashi Miike. Audition, Visitor Q, Ichi the Killer to name three. I have also seen Kichiku Dai Enkai which is an incredibly "realistic" movie that has nearly sickening levels of gore in it.
I love Flower of Flesh and Blood as well. I need to see the rest of the Guinea Pig films. foxhound_fox
Yeah, trust us guys! If you get to see the Guinea Pig series, nothing else will disgust you in movies! :P I too am a fan of the Guinea Pig movies. They could easily pass for snuff films but they're not. Even Charlie Sheen thought they were real snuff and he contacted the FBI about it.

Have you seen Miike's Gozu? I saw that one recently, and it's pretty explicit, too.
but one i see a bone sticking out of a body part i dont turn away or feel sick i actually start to feel numb in the area and i start giggling a little, its pretty weird (ex. if someone breaks there left leg in a movie my left leg feels a little numb and i start giggling a little and rocking back and forth, its pretty weird)
I can watch any type of gore. Stuff like that never really makes me turn away or anything. I think that it is gross, but I never turn away. I don't lose my apetite when I watch something like that while I'm eating either.
it doesn't really bother me that much, especially in warand stuff like that. the only time where i don't like it is if its extreme torture, like skinning people alive, but it takes a lot to make me turn away.
