Well Berlin is not in that good state. Probably better than Athens but anyway probably Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich etc are in much better states

Seoul isn't even that rich on a per capita basis. Try Ulsan if you want a large South Korean city but with a high GDP per capita.

Please change the topic title TC. This is a UN feel-good study. Not a serious list of prosperous and wealthy big cities.

I've been to Vienna and Luxembourg is far more prosperous economically per capita. It's also reflected visually. KC_Hokie

And heck, even within Canada there are more deserving examples than Toronto, like Calgary. No matter what field you're in you're pretty much always going to make more money in Calgary than you are in Toronto. You can argue that Toronto is nicer, or more cosmopolitan, or is more exciting. But the fact remains, your economic prospects are better in Calgary.
