Exactly. That is perfectly fair, I would likely end up getting involved if I saw an injured person in the street, but only if I knew what I was doing, and only until a more competent person such as a doctor came.

I have taken several courses on first aid for Hear Failure (not much to do), cuts and wounds, etc...

I would imediately get that pyscho away from her in any way possible, with lethal force if necessary, and call 911. Anyone who did any less deserves to be shot in the gut and allowed to bleed to death.

No, I am saying that it SHOULD be the law, and if I were in a position of enforcing the law, and was told to execute them according to the law, I would. But, like I said, I am not in the position to do this nor is it the law that they should be shot. If I were to shoot them, which I would enjoy very much, I would go to jail. So I don't. Its not laziness, but fear of imprisonment that keeps me from doing it.

Have you ever attempted to make this a law? Sure, you're not a lawmaker, but have you contacted your local politicians and tried to persuade them to make it law? What steps have you taken towards making this a reality?
