The pharma companies do all the research and fund all the university programs. The natural drugs have had great benefits however they are avoided because you cannot patent them. I think that's one of the reasons I never get sick. However, lots of alternative medicine is just hogwash. Make all the excuses you want, if you can't provide provide credible evidence, there's no real reason to believe anything you say.

That has been the right of citizens since the creation of the Constution.....

In order to make an amendment to the Constitution, 2/3 of the states have to vote in favor of the amendment. I doubt that 2/3 of the states would vote for that amendment.
