Well the thing is I got him to stop for awhile, and then he's been complaining so much that he "misses" it.. so a few months It actually started back last year, but then he quit which settled things down alot You can tell him what he's gonna "miss" unless he doesn't stop dating gnomes on internet.
Well it was always my GF.......But after i learned the truth and knowed that all this time she was using empty words,wasting time and just wanted to have fun........now its only my video games and stuff that i do everyday like friends,go out,work out,play guitars etc. but if i got over my ex and loved someone else....than of course it would be her since i used to see my self spending the rest of my life with my ex.......but ow well.......
Video games are way more important. I don't have a girl friend right now, but when i was with my ex, i started to play runescape and i loved that game way more then talking to her or doing anything with her. Girls aren't that important to me, i'm just not the realtionship kind of guy. I love my video games though, video games to me are like my reality. Runescape was like a second life to me, and no that is not a sad thing :)
One of my best 'girl' friend was in a car accident a year ago. She was ok but had to go to the hospital. Her boyfriend at the time didn't visit her and instead played WoW. I am so glad she got rid of that dude. Anyways yah WoW can take over people's lives.
My only advice would set some time limits for him or times during the day that WoW is off limits! If he is that pissy about hanging out with you during those times, then i really don't see how this relationship can work. I guess try and meet him half way if he is willing to do the same...
Doesn't sound that much fun.. When I had a girlfriend we'd just be with each other most of the time doing things together. Hanging out in town, at each others watching movies and such. I don't believe I ever did do anything selfish when I was with her. Except denying her sex untill after the end of a great movie. :P Maybe that's why we broke up. :(

Well given that I don't have a girlfriend right now and I'm actually trying to become a poor games developer I'm going to vote video games hands down. I had a girlfiend a few years back and yeah I kind of prefered video games, I guess I should probably try the whole dating scene again some time although I'm fairly certain that won't change my opinion.
Gf hands down. I very rarely will game when shes around or when I ask her to come over because thats our time together. I hate hearing guys say "Oh dump her if she makes a big deal about you gaming!". Have fun being alone the rest of the life and trying to get some lovin from your gaming system.
girlfriend > Video games in every way. I don't get why any guy would choose a game over a girl. I consider myself to game ALOT but with a girl you can be much happier. By the way you deserve better than that, you've tried playing his game, and all that. You need to live a happier life with someone you can actually love and get that love in return.
People in general mean more to me than videogames. I used to play WoW until I got some real friends, which I would rather hang out with and do cool sh*t outside than sit inside all day on my computer.
