I dont see the problem

1. She gets some money (a lot of money, actually)

2. The guy gets laid, and a virgin to boot.

3. No third parties are hurt financially, physically, or emotionally.

Yes, its odd...but she was going to lose it eventually, and most women lose it in less than ideal conditions (most women lose it in high school just to lose it). So I will be damned if I am going to call it amoral or bad.
