Oh yeah and then the no Total Fat.
You know what that means? There's bottles of fat out there. And we gotta find some of that because that's the damn good tasting water.
[QUOTE="gotdangit"]You sir have been brainwashed by commercials...ice_radonWhat commercials? I don't think I have ever even seen any form of ads for them...
The one that advertises Propel and says you need to do x more push-ups, laps, ect. to burn off the calories in Vitamin water.
Energy drinks, protein shakes, and most supplements (outside of basic vitamins that you don't get in your diet) are all a waste too. Your body doesn't need most of it, and it can only take in so much at a time, so the rest just passes through you.Bio_Spark
Why would you trust a product where they have 50 Cent conducting and Orchestra???hillelslovak
Seeing as water is lipophyllic... that would be gross. You'd have chunks of fat floating in your water :(Oh yeah and then the no Total Fat.

I don't care, I drink water :PFlaminDeath
Ditto. Straight from the tap in fact. None of this "flavored" or "enhanced" crud.
My sister buys 'oxygen enriched' water and she claims that it is extremely healthy. I tried to tell that water HAS oxygen in it already but noo. Shes blonde.

Protein shakes are a waste? and most supplements? lol... you should tell that to all the pro and amatuer athletes. Where else are you going to get 20-30g of protein a serving, in 200 calories and 4 carbs... you can't. Now, I'm not saying Vitawater is good -- I don't know much about it's purpose. However, things like Gaterade, high electrolite/low carb/cal drinks and Crystal Light, all have their place in a person's diet if they are serious about staying in optimal shape. Unless you work in a job that requires a ton of manual labor, like working on a far or being a roofer.
