Well, for the most part they are arrogant and won't listen to reason. Despite the fact that the Bible was written thousands of years ago by men who had very little knowledge of science, people still believe that its stories are REAL and no scientific fact can disprove it. Not only that, but Christians (and most other religions actually) force their children to believe that the religion they are brought up under is the only real religion. Why not leave the children grow up and make the decision for themselves when they have developed the ability to think for themselves? Oh right, religion would die...

Extremist and people who wont admit they are wrong. Not enough people these days can say it was my fault and learn from their mistakes. Those are the people I want to punch in the face.

I've recently garnered a strong disliking of old people, the kind that demand you show them respect even though you have no idea who they are. Heres an example. I recently went camping and the day we came home we stopped off at McDonalds. As I was going towards the door I see some old guy and his wife coming at the pace of a pair of snails. Im the kind of person who mothers would call "that polite boy with the long hair", so I held the door open for the man who was in front. He see's me and says "Hello there champ" and I just thought "wtf?!" I dont like old people, or anyone remotely creepy, calling me champ. So I held the door open for him and he walks past me.

Now I thought he would hold it for his wife so I walked in to get our breakfast since we were on a tight schedule. But no, hes a selfish, greedy old man who thought I shouldve held it open for his wife. He stops me and tells me how I shouldve held it open and how I should use my manners. I felt like saying "If your such a gentlemen you should hold it open for your own god damn wife. I dont have time to do such things, the world doesnt revolve around people doing things for you because your old." But I held my tounge since it was too early and I was tired. I watched them walk out and head towards their car. I managed to get breakfast, go around the back of McDonalds, walk across a parking lot, wait in the car while my dad filled the cooly with ice and drinks and when we left it, the old couple just got to their car, whichw as 2 METRES FROM THE DOOR!

And thats why I dont like those kinds of old people.

They can, however my parents never even talked about religion to me as a child. I went to a Catholic school and followed the religion class by choice (I was 12 at that point). At 15 I finally decided that there was not enough proof for me to dedicate my life to belief in a God. My parents tough me moral values, how to behave etc. as all good parents do but didn't say a word to coherse me into believing (e.g. ''you burn in hell if you don't believe'' believe it or not, it is quite traumatising for a child).

Anyway, lets not transform this thread into a massive religion flame-fest... I will now answer the OP's question.

I really people who don't act naturally. By that I mean all the people who change who they really are to belong to a group (e.g. emo's, those 'tough guy' metalheads, racist kids, gansters, etc)

I am one of the strongest and most radical athiests around and I never walk around and deliberately shout stupid crap like that just to piss people who believe in a God off.

I've seen literally HUNDREDS of extreme preachers who literally, physically, not figuratively, come up directly into my face and tell me I will be going to hell for what I said. I have NEVER in my entire life seen an athiest shout something as deliberately offensive as "THERE IS NO GOD!" in public (where it matters, the internet is fair game), except to get a point across in a public religious debate.

I'm sorry, I know my experiences are not the same as yours and I'm likely over reacting but I'm sure you can understand that from an athiest's perspective, being told that 'smart-ass athiests who feel the need to shout "GOD DOESN'T EXIST!!" whenever someone sneezes' is 'annoying', is QUITE ridiculous.

Speaking of Athiests, I hate how some act like they ****ing know everything, wait...now that I think about it, a lot of people who argue about religion act like they know everything, hell, people in general (general...so...therefore this is a generalization, which I also hate, but, I agree with some) tend to act like they are experts in every single situation, and when proven wrong, it's an argument and a whine fest.

I also hate political correctness, I can't say a damn thing on GS without getting modded for "offensive" content, I mean, how BROAD must the term offensive be used here? I can say **** carrots, and someone who likes carrots will report me, and boom, I'm suspended for 5 days. Hell, because the guy said "I don't like athiests who...." now every athiest is running up and going "OMGWTF?!"
