I've walked in to the extent that I see the stalls and the sinks but then immediately realize something is wrong and leave. I'd be super embarassed if it got to the point that I actually went in and used a stall.

Me and my friends actually snuck into a girls bathroom back in elementary school after school hours though. We thought they had a couch in their bathroom and we didn't. Turns out it was just like the guys minus the urinals lol
Also i almost walked into the girl's locker room back in junior high
yeah i did this once,
I walked in and was busting and i was just completely surprised by the fact there were no urinals,
So i did it in the stall and as i walked out two women walked in

Inger1
Have I done it? Yes. I realized there were no urinals so I got the hell out of there. Luckily nobody saw me.
Back in high school, two female friends pulled me into the girls washroom as I was passing by, because they thought it would be funny. I was surprised by the general cleanliness of the place.
I once watched a TV program where it was said that even though women's washrooms appear cleaner, they contain more germs than a men's washroom simply because of the fact that women tend to use the facilities longer than men.
Never in my adult life.
The only time I used the ladies' room was when I was around the ages of birth to 6, and it was on purpose, because my mom made me use them because she thought they were safer than me going into the men's room by myself. I stopped using the ladies' room at around 6 when I saw this kid my age and his dad laugh at me. :(
I walked into the wrong bathroom, had a girl walk up to the sink while I was washing and thought nothing of it, and didn't realize whatwas wrong till I left the room.
Nah it's never happened to me, but damn I would be embarassed if it did.
I have a funny story, though. this camp I went to earlier this summer, everyone ahd to take a swim test. It happened right near a girl's changing place. so this little first year guy goes in there, and doesn't come out for ten minutes. Me and my friends were loling really hard. When he finally came out, he had changed and ooked embarassed as hell.
I feel you, I once went toa different NYSC, and went downstairs to change, walked into the locker room, one of those no door rooms that just has a few walls to block the view. Started to put all my stuff in a locker, only to notice the women in a towel walking up to me from the shower. She looked furious at first but I guess the look on my face realizing I walked into the wrong room started to make her laugh and I quickly left. I never went back to that gym
Oddly enough in college I used to see girls in the guys bathroom all the time in dorms. The girls on our level were too lazy to go down stairs (for some reason they put a guys bathroom on one level and a girls bathroom on another). There were warning signs on the doors telling us not to go into the opposite gender's bathroom ,but I can't recall anyone ever being punished for it by the RA.
I've walked into the girls bathroom once or twice. Once I didnt realise until after I flushed. When I started washing my hands I noticed there was no where to make pee pee. I got the heck out of there once i noticed.
After I suffered my eye injury, I spent an entire week virtually blind (one eye was filled with blood, the other was perpetually dilated). I walked into the ladies' room at the hospital several times because I couldn't tell the difference between the symbols on the doors.OrkHammer007A likely story.
I rememeber in first grade i did it accidentaly... and like everyone freaked out and made funny of me for like a week

Friend of my was in Germany, and he had to go to the bathroom...
He saw "Herrn" and "Damen" on the doors and figured that since "her" is in Herrn, and "men" is in Damen, Damen should be the right one.
A woman started screaming bloody murder when he walked in, and then he realized that it was not the right one LOL
My closest experience was walking in on a girl in the dressing room /grin. She didn't have the door locked, so the little sign outside said "Free". I slammed the door after a split second, but I still got a really good eyefull ^_^
I almost did once back in 7th grade. But then my teacher told me I was going into the wrong one. I'm not even sure what got me confused there. =/
But in high school marching band rehearsals... One day the weather turned rainy really fast. Like gigantic random raindrops started pouring all over the place and we had to run to the bathrooms. I have no clue why, but we all got mixed up and there were some guys in the girl's bathroom and some girl's in the guy's bathroom. xD
After that we all had to go back out and eat lunch. It was still raining and then we had to go back and one of the band directors said to us "Oh, and be sure to go to the right bathrooms this time!"
