They were both bad. But, even if Stalin is responsible for more deaths, he did not genocide 6 million people based on their race.Account_27I agree.
I voted 'equal' although Stalin was responsible for way more deaths. Hitler at least had an 'excuse' (though a lame one) for killing so many ppl in the Death camps. He 'thought it was the right thing to do' for humanity, ****** up though his reasoning might've been. Stalin just killed without any really obvious reason.
They're both killers far beyong reason so that's why I voted equal.
And to the guy who said 6 million deaths in the camps... It were actually closer to 12 million. 6 million is the number of Jews
They were both equal. Hitler was just frighteningly bad, while Stalin was tyrant-scary bad. Remember, Stalin did help us take down Hitler but his army slaughtered thousands of innocent civillians in the process. tomxizorTrue, and Although Hitler was responsible for an estimated 11 million deaths, I wanted to add to your coment by saying that he did get Germany out of a svere depression before the Holocaust

I believe he was responsible for the autobahn(sp?) which is a huge highway still in operation today.

Stalin was at least 5x worse.Stalin defended himself, he's not responsible for any WW2 deaths, he wanted to avoid war with Germany. Although, he might have prevented Russian deaths if he wasn't so cocky to believe Germany would never invade the USSR.
Stalin had like 32 million kills to his name (not all personally, I guess if you included soldiers in WW2 and the Finnish and the Continuation War...)

I feel like it's wrong even to compare them.quiglythegreat

[QUOTE="MattUD1"][QUOTE="Apenoot"]Don't forget that he was on more pills than Elvis. Yeah, I heard that Hitler was a total meth addict too. There was a program on the History Channel about his supposed drug addictions... They had an entire list that they would show parts of during the first half hour. Most of the stuff had something to do with meth. There was one, Vitamultin, that was really odd.I voted 'equal' although Stalin was responsible for way more deaths. Hitler at least had an 'excuse' (though a lame one) for killing so many ppl in the Death camps. He 'thought it was the right thing to do' for humanity, ****** up though his reasoning might've been.
