I just went to a senior recital of a friend of mine, who just graduated with a classical guitar major. One of the pieces he played was "Variations on a Theme of Mozart" by Fernando Sor. Here's a video of Andres Segovia playing it (among other things). Variations is from about 1:15 to 4:50.
