You gotta have quick reactions cause it's over with in like a billionth of a second. And photons collide with each other at the speed of light all the time but that doesn't cause a blackhole to be created.

I don't know anything about physics but i have been told that something needs to have great mass before it can become a black whole...so how does this become a black holw?

Great density actually. The particles could be so close and so dense that their gravitational forces overcome the pauli exclusion principle and create a singularity.
If what I said was nonsense, the pauli exclusion principle is the principle that two particles with nearly the same position will have very different velocities. A limiting factor to this however is the speed of light so if you collide two particles with a very intense energy they could be close enough together to create a singularity or a "black hole."
