By containing stuff like tar, carbon monoxide, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, arsenic, and pesticides.
Cigarettes by a long margin. Granted we have far more data on the long term deleterious effects of cigarette smoke.
Weed has no where near as many threats to the human body, the main issue is the laziness that weed creates, which can become an issue but the risks of many types of cancer are not as large as they are with cigarettes. It still blows my mind how many people start smoking now when we have so much evidence and so many people fighting, and some losing, with the after affects of smoking.
Cigarettes. Cheaper, more toxic chemicals, more socially acceptable, and can't be smoked via vaporization.
Weed kills brain cells. Last I checked, kills = dies, so weed is by farrrrrrrrr worse than cigarettes because it makes you die.TonyDanzaFan
Nobody has ever died from a direct result of weed. Millions have died from Tobacco use.

People have died as a result of weed. Whether it is getting high and crashing a car, or getting high and killing your girlfriend. Weed changes the ways you think and perceive things, and it certainly can lead to the death of others as well as you. You only have so many brain cells.[QUOTE="punkpunker"]
both, either way they have a process of getting smoke into the lungs.
Necrifer
Both are worse than the other?
You fool! You've created an infinite loop.
And then we all died from smoke inhalation.

Those examples are indirect. Also how could weed motivate you to kill your girlfriend? Have you ever been stoned before?
