Its a neat development by nature to make males believe the opposite of the truth.

as an alpha male you have to do the opposite of trying to spread your gift as often and as much as possible among the people. you are also not an alpha male if you constantly try to keep your prey out of the reach from competitors. As an alpha male you would just do the exact opposite.
by trying to protect your prey you taking yourself out of the competetion. you become a keeper, afraid of losing something instead of being a hunter. and this keeping is arguably a female aspect of your nature. thats why for me this road is impossible to take
as an alpha male it is much more satisfying to strive for competetions and the anihilation of all the competitors you encounter. it is not about to take their preys for oneself. its simply about destryoing the competitors illusion (matrix) ... and the preys ones as a consequence ...
on a less theoretical and more practical level, you need to realise that having an orgasm simply means your brain is flooded by hormones and drug-like self-created substances. Its probably the biggest kick you can give yourself. But like with every drug, by overusing it you simply mess up yourself and your daily routine and your perception of the surroundings. the tragedy of being an individual is that you have no influence over what kind of individual you will become, as this is purly controlled by the things that are imprinted into your system before you were an individual. mothers need to be strong women, because all their existence meaning is now their child. they have to stop being prey and admiring oneself in this role, simply because out of responsebility for the child. if women fail to become a real mother during these years (7-14year) it will not only influence their relationship to the child it wil also influence all the childs future realtionships to women/other people
most often it is the father and the childs perception of the mother being oppressed and violated by him that is disturbing the relationships inside a family structure ... the child will only notice the disturbance/degradation in the relationship between the mother and himself as it can not understand the influence the father has on her and how this is translated down via the mother to the child

Evolution is arguably a program with the DNA as its database or sourcecode. Its by all means an higly interactive program and it results and products are real, living, breathing and thinking.
what is the purpose of the program? its end goal, the thing it wants to achieve ultimatly?
if we look at the humans body as an product and result of this program, it is an extremly weak and unprotected, very vulnerable body. It has really unerdeveloped senses and when compared to animals it even lacks the ability to sense magnetetism or electric fields for instance.
becasue a human is not an animal anymore he can not take part in natures physical struggle for survival anymore, he would just lose as an animal body.
the current human body is (this) evolutions final goal, it is based on the golden ratio and the number 5 symetry, it walks upright and its only purpose is to house a fully functional independant Intellect and providing this Intellect with everything it needs to exist. The shape of the human body enables energy to flow in a specific way through it. Organs like the brain, the heart, the upper and the lower intestinal tract all gain different or advanced functions then they had when they were parts of simply an animal body. Compared to a not walking animal, these organs all gain a new order in wich they are placed, upon each other, forming a hierarchy wich is an analogy to something bigger ...
in fact, geneticaly, the human bodys shape will only be degraded and diminished from now on when evolution will have proceeded further, it will loose it 5 based shape as we have it now. and the intellect inside it will be the new subject of advancement evolution wise.
I hope you realise, we all are part of this process (integral part),
the moment we are expereincing currently is special but hard to describe.
for humanities evolution it is like something that was locked away for a long time, wich has been finally released from its 'grave', were it was waiting for the moment when it got replaced and set free by something opposite wich has now taken its place inside the shell
