Mine is any type of Mozzarella, Use to be Cheddar, but not any more.

no but they sure as hell love it

I enjoy mozzerella (did I spell that right?) and sharp cheddar is good by itself.

Anything Italian means I love it with Parmesan.

Bleu is good in burgers.

Swiss is fantastic with roast beef, and perfect in an omelet...

Monterey Jack and Jalapeno together is heaven...

Now I'm hungry.

Ah, I'd love to have pepperjack cheese sometime. I never have.

I just had some really good ham I got from the market last week. It's all gone now cuz I was making lots of ham and swiss sandwiches with green leaf lettuce. Mmmmm......
