Teleportation. And without a station like in half-life or anything. I just hit a button on my phone or something and bamf, I'm at work. If it were that easy, imagine how much more free time we would have because of the lack of travel to anything! Yeah, not likely to happen in the next decade, but I can still hope.

Instant communication will reduce the need for business travel though. I think that within the next couple decades, the airline industry will introduce much smaller airplanes that will only accommodate vacationers.
