This is probably a pretty obvious answer, but I hate crowds and congestion in the store. Also hate when people are on their phones and yapping away while people are trying to get around them LOL. How about you, OT?

You pretty much nailed it I also hate loud people especially annoying kids.
Walking around the store, only for someone to stop cold turkey in the middle of traffic with their cart. Also, my friend wasn't even shopping, but people just crash their carts into her and act like they didn't do anything. I don't mean cart on cart, I mean their cart against her person.
I hate when multiple employees ask if they can help you when you walk in. Give me a second to look around first.
People on their phones especially when they’re checking out with the cashier. Get the **** off the phone and we’ll all get through faster. People stopping right in the middle of the exit, usually to check their receipt or something. Seriously. Have they no concept that others are behind them trying to leave as well? Kids running around and being loud is also pretty annoying.
The lack of open registers in place of self checkout lines. There needs to be an incentive for people to check themselves out rather than a worker.
When someone walking in front of me suddenly stops. Usually to look at something on their phone. Drones. I'm pretty aggressive, I'll make it a point to hit em shoulder to shoulder. Only a problem if it's congested and they're walking slow as hell. Slow walkers piss me off already.
People who park their carts in the middle of the aisle while they ponder cans of peas. Also people who want to argue with the cashier over the price of everything. The flying monkeys that attack me when I try to get order at the drive thru. You'd think McDonalds would have a fix for this by now.

Flying monkeys? lol I need to see footage of this.
I only really go grocery shopping these days, don't go to other stores that much (order everything online). I intentionally go at odd hours (I work graveyard shift, so it's great) and to the smaller, less busy store. Just to avoid people and crowds lol.
Anyway, my pet peeves are:

Damn, and I thought I was ruthless. You a New Yorker or something? 😋 We have pretty big aisles where I shop, can't imagine there being a store so small I have to bump into someone.

I get like that in malls, in-between stores. In the store itself that can happen but I'm less aggressive. I'll walk around them and say "c'mon dude" or something like that. Grocery stores are the worst for that in my experience.

This.
If there is something that you need help with from an employee, like getting some shoes in your size or razors from a locked case etc. and there are no employees to be seen.
there is a big mall near me with some bix-box type stores. I've gone there a couple of times for shoes, and the shoe section will have a few customers milling around but no employees to be seen who can go get shoes in your size. Its a frustrating waste of time.
I don't mind the noise, or kids, or check out interactions. The only thing that really annoys me are people who block an isle or product w/ their cart.
