physical: in gym class when I was 14, they had everyone do a pull up and keep it that way while they timed you to see how long you can last pulling up your body. I had the third best time, beating all the girls and almost all the guys.
mental: in my Waves and Modern Physics course in college, I finished with the highest grade. out of three tests I had the highest grade in 2 of them, and on the final I scored 100% (the only one to get that). I finished with 92% (I didn't put effort into the labs, hence the point loss), class average was 58%.

No offense but holding pull ups means very VERY little, due to the massive range of body weights.
Being a female, I gather that you don't weigh all that much (OR DO YOU, MUAHAHAHAH).
Benchpress is a somewhat more reliable strength test. But I don't think too many chicks dig benchpress.

Physical: I break rocks with my face.
Mentally: I break rocks with my will.
