Physical - After running for about 1000 - 1100 meters within 5 minutes 30 seconds, I still had a distance of 100 - 200 meters to sprint through... within a minute. I made it in about 30-40 seconds. Damn, that was tiring as hell.

Mental - In Maths (Algebra) class, my teacher asked "If A = 5, and B = 3, what is A if B is 2, 100". I instantly said "3, 500", and I mean instantly - less than a second.

Physical -- I don't know... DDR all day? x]

Mental -- Latin class...period. Translating (especially from English to Latin) is the most tedious, meticulous thing I've ever done. I walk out of that class with a headache most of the time.

physical: in gym class when I was 14, they had everyone do a pull up and keep it that way while they timed you to see how long you can last pulling up your body. I had the third best time, beating all the girls and almost all the guys.

mental: in my Waves and Modern Physics course in college, I finished with the highest grade. out of three tests I had the highest grade in 2 of them, and on the final I scored 100% (the only one to get that). I finished with 92% (I didn't put effort into the labs, hence the point loss), class average was 58%.

No offense but holding pull ups means very VERY little, due to the massive range of body weights.

Being a female, I gather that you don't weigh all that much (OR DO YOU, MUAHAHAHAH).

Benchpress is a somewhat more reliable strength test. But I don't think too many chicks dig benchpress.

Personally?

Physical: I break rocks with my face.

Mentally: I break rocks with my will.

Back in school setting the school records for

1500m 4mins 47 seconds

400m 48 seconds

800m 1min 52

Dont really know about mental unless you class my gym qualifications and football coaching awards but that is mainly practical with the coaching side being mental.

Well... I can't think of anything physical other than I lost 35 pounds in five months, and that's a feat for me considering I've always been overweight. Mental feat? I solved a Rubik's cube once (with a hammer...).

What a waste of a rubix cube you could of just took the stickers off and put them in the correct places.

I don't know about phisical really

mental i guess is being able to do basic multiplication and division in my head with big number. One time I did a problem in my head and told my friend what I got (took me like 3 seconds) and then he whipped out the calcuator and I was right, but nothing spectacular.
