BrokeNCYDE_en1gma_l-o-l seriously?
It's an awesome album. Not as good as their first, but better than their second I think.KH-mixerXfor sure.
Personally I think it's their best album, it took some getting used to because it's different from the first two, but once I started listening to it more often I liked it more and moreBluestorm-Kalasseriously? It's good, I think it's their weakest album though. But it did take me awhile to get use to it. after about 3 listens I fell in love with it :D

my friend you are everything that is wrong with this world And why is that? If you think that way I sure ain't your friend then. *yawn* its not the fact that you like rap, but more so b/c you posted that right after I said what I said, needless to say it was just a joke that wasn't meant to be taken seriously...if anything else I was just trying to start conversation b/c I'm bored. There's a few rap groups that I like such as Jedi Mind Tricks and Mr. Lif but in general i'm not fond of it. Sorry.[QUOTE="LewyDeng2"][QUOTE="Toriko42"]Eh so far... 1. Wale - Attention Deficit 2. I haven't taken too many listens to Logos, but it hasn't impressed me all that much. That said, my opinion on Atlas Sound should be taken with a grain of salt since I don't think Bradford Cox is a good musician(he's pretty mediocre IMO, but at least he's giving the soft-synth arranging community some rep), and I certainly dislike Deerhunter, so it may just be I don't mesh well with his sound. *shrug*I have a new top 5:D
1. Atlas Sound- Logos
2. The Church- Untitled 23
3. F*ck Buttons- Tarot Sport
4. Amazing Baby- Rewild
5. Porcupine tree- The Incident

It's an ok album, has bright spots, but hasn't been something that stimulates me like other albums have this year.
good stuff doodSimple question, with simple answers.
My top 5 are the following:
5. Apologies Are for the Weak by Miss May I
4. New Junk Aesthetic by Every Time I Die
3. Grey Britain by Gallows

1. The Tropic Rot by Poison the Well

I think it's the best thing they've done. I tend to steer clear of most EPs unless I really like the musician(s) or unless it's the only thing of theirs available. I'm really not a big fan of Deerhunter. I'll give Flourescent Grey a shot, but I'm not going to expect much. I took a gander at Cryptograms back in 07 after a friend recommended them to me, I wrote it off as a low-fi, low talent album and forgot about it. Then, after everyone claimed Microcastles was the best album last year I figured "Hey, it can't be as bad as Cryptograms, and maybe they got a lot better." Nope, same story, though it was a bit better than Cryptograms. Not impressive. I'll take a listen to them and I hope I take a liking to it, but I have a feeling that Deerhunter/Atlas Sound just won't ever appeal to me, much as how Can doesn't appeal to me(even after countless plays, and I like Kraut-rock).

So I took a listen and it's better than Microcastles. The title track was solid, a little catchy. Dr. Glass was pretty iffy; standard fare, maybe a little bit better. Like New as kinda cool. Wash Off was good enough. Better than Microcastles. Kind of like they took 3 of their strongest songs, added a 4th ok song, and made a small album. No real downside, not the biggest thrill out of it either, but I'd probably listen to it again sometime or another if I was in the mood.
