Embarassingly enough, it was Michael Jackson.

Don't be embarassed about liking Michael Jackson's music, my friend. Off The Wall and Thriller are superb pop albums, with some of the best pop music production in history (Quincy Jones).

Hearing "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" by George Harrison (and The Beatles) made me love music.

I've always loved my music, but Armin Van Buuren probably multiplied it tenfold.

The band that started it all for me was FOB(yah w/e don't care what you think). From there i started listening to other alternative/rock/punk bands, etc. But my favorite band is A7X though.

The only metal I grew up with as a little kid was AC/DC, Metallica, and some Megadeth. I liked these bands so I started listening to them. What really got me into it though was probably the music from the original Dooms, and it's not surprise that I like Pantera now a days.

Probably Black Sabbath, as it was played to me as a baby and small child.
