All you have to do is get a stock Toyota Prius.

Take it to LA and have it modified.

I heard it cost less than 2000$.

But the cost for transporting it to LA and back surely makes up for that cheap price :).

Soon most dealerships won't even take SUVs as trade-in, because they won't be able to sell them on their lots.
