What country is the best country in the world?

I live in the richest country in the world... So Norway.

But USA is also pretty neat.

But i think this has to go to the Russian Federation.

UK has it's up's and downs, I can't vote it as the best country in the world but for some reason I still feel like this place is where it's at. We got crap government leaders, things been going downhill but the spirit and character of this place still remains.

I could of done with spending more time in America but not as a tourist, to get a feel for what it's really like, but then America in general is a loose term.

For what it's worth, Monaco has the highest life expectancy. I'm sure that's not what you mean, but it is at least a measure that is not wide open to interpretation.

It does also have the world's highest GDP nominal per capita and the lowest unemployment rate, according to Wikipedia.

Last I checked Macau and Japan were tied for no 1.

The biggest difference between 1st world countries isn't quality of life, it's culture. That's why the answer to this question depends on the individual.
