What did everybody think of Terminator Salvation?

I'm going to see it today and want to know how it is. What would you rate it from on a scale of 1 - 10? I know it can't live up to the legendary T2, but it has to be better than T3.

I was going to see it, but after everyone hated it, I decided not to.

A 5. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I didnt think it was bad. i'd give it a 7-7.5

I liked it. It's much better than T3. Reminds me of Verhoeven's movies.

actually i thought it was terrible. if T5 is pg 13 i won't be seeing it, my complaints are that the future is too bright when compared to the nightmarish future portrayed in T1-T3. in the first 3 movies it was dark with hordes of robots and that impending sense of doom. the 4th one was bright and shiny and non threatening.

Because the war scenes in T1-T3 were set during night. The night scenes in T4 are dark enough.

I thought that we had yet to reach the full out war in the series that is portrayed through T1-T3. Should be in the sequel no?

Seems to be a lot of hate for this movie, but I thought that it was a pretty solid flick.

As an action spectacular it's about a 7/10. As a movie with plot and character it's about a 3/10.

I really liked it, it was full of action and it really grabs your attention. Well, it did for me. But still, I think that James Cameron should've stayed director for the Terminator films.lexika

Decent movie. good action, suprising character (Hint: CGI) and good story. Much better than T3 :) James Cameron should have made them though, wouldve been a billion times better.

It's from the creator of the OC, and to be honest it does in fact feel more like a teen drama set in the future than anything else.

Probably a 6/10. There was nothing really great about it, just a good movie to see with friends.

I would rate it a 1/10, because it was awful.
