I've never taken the SAT, I feel left out. I did take the ACT though and made 26. This was several years ago.

[QUOTE="Ultrabeatdown55"][QUOTE="t3hrubikscube"] Well I suppose it doesn't matter anymore since I'm in my second year of college, but I remember being disappointed. Good luck to you! :)t3hrubikscube
Disappointed... The highest score is 2400 -____- I would kill for 2100. Though I didn't take any classes and my first time I got a 1970  I studied a bit for this one so I hope I do better.

I guess I am a bit of a perfectionist. :P

Wow, nj, I have yet to take my Sat, but its got to be good if I want to get into Notre Dame : /

Which one did you end up in?

I originally wanted to try for Ivy League, but I guess that is not an option since I never took honors...

I applied and was accepted to Drexel University in Philadelphia, the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, and North Dakota State University. I'm in my second year at NDSU. I mostly chose it out of sheer convenience, though its programs in which I'm interested are actually pretty good. I really wanted Ivy League too....the University of Pennsylvania, to be precise. I didn't even apply though. :( They're so difficult.

You didn't apply with a 2100? Where your grades bad? No involvement in organizations? Sports? I have friends who went to Yale and Brown with scores in that range.

When I took the SAT, the max score was 1600. I scored a 1230. My close friends in the same class scored in the 800-1000, but they turned out fine and are doing A LOT better than I am. Goes to show.

Don't know cause I'm Australian and we don't sit those tests. My WCM (Weighted Course Mark), however, is 67%, which isn't too good, however I missed half of last session due to illness and that dropped it down substantially.

I have a test in a few days, but the highest score I got on a practice test was 1960. Needless to say, I'm not happy with that score.

I want to say 1100 with just the english and math portion (i don't know what it was with the writing, but I had to take it. The college I went to didn't really take the writing portion under consideration). The SAT is a little less pointless than the test I am about to take, the GRE :(

My GPA wasn't great, but I took a lot of AP classes and had twice as many credits as I needed to graduate from my high school. I was very active in several clubs (Latin/Greek club, concert band, pep band, orchestra, journalism, etc.). I didn't have any sports though. I should've applied anyway. It would've been worth a shot. :(

I haven't taken them yet and don't have to take them until Spring, but I'm already worried. I took a PSAT practice exam last weekend and scored a 222. Hopefully that means I'll get 2200+ on SAT.
