What Did You Want To Become As a Kid?

What was the dream profession you always wanted when you were a younger child?

I strongly remember being obsessed with tornadoes as a kid. My plan was to grow up, move to the United States and become a storm chaser. There were a number of VHS documentaries I once owned that were about tornadoes. I just found them so cool and fascinating.

First I wanted to be a painter and then a cop. I' m glad I didn' t follow those dreams...

as a kid i always said cop....dunno why

Now im finishing up my IT major in college, but even that doesn't really feel 'right' to me.

A professional athlete.

I actually wanted to become a teacher.

something creative, like an artist, because I liked to draw a lot. I'm now leading the creative department of the webdesign studio I work for, so I kind of stuck to my plan :)

A math teacher. Boring, I know. I became a chemistry professor, so my aim was pretty good though.

Entomologist for some reason.

I remember that I wanted to become Death.. No I am quiet serious, and when my teacher found that out I was put into "talks" with the school shrink, it was a welcome interruption in math class.

I wanted to be a zoologist.

Unfortunately I visited a zoo and the smell was too strong and I didn't want to actually touch most of them. Plus, animals poop...a lot. Nature was just too natural for me.

So I did the logical thing and became a greedy banker

NBA Player

I never really had any dreams. I think I may have wanted to be a writer at some point but that died quickly.

A dictator. Then a history teacher. I still wouldn't mind being either.

The President. On second thought, no thanks.

I wanted to be a dude lying around in an opium induced haze in an Asian brothel.

In all seriousness, I wanted to be astronaut, then I realized that would never happen because of my physical condition. Then I wanted to be a mechanic like my father and grandfather, but their skills never seemed to catch on with me.

Paleontologist

A drawer, which is not going to happen now.

Batman

Train engineer. I used to love trains.

An author. I would still like to be one =P

When I was a kid I seriously thought I could be a Superhero like Batman or Green Arrow because they don't have powers.

A paleontologist.

An artist, and then an archaeologist.

Honestly, I've wanted to become an author since I learned to read and write; I never really grew out of it haha.
