A variety of good traits that balance out the bad ones. In my experience, girls have an invisible scale in their mind that is constantly weighing your pros and cons. Think of the females only version of debit/credit accounting and you're on the right track. Example, typical guy A might look something like this: Pros: Funny Intelligent Loyal Reasonably good looking Has a good job that pays well Stable Shares her interests Cons: Flirts a lot Bit of a smart ass Doesn't always leave the room before farting Then the woman will assign a weighting system and decide if the guy is worth giving a shot to.

Women like guys who are smart, witty, fast thinkers, creative, confident(but are kind and thoughtful), put their woman first, respects women, never point out their flaws or improvements but praises them for who they are. Then again I am single and I don't exactly catch a girls attention, but I know what they are looking for :). Then again the most beautiful girls go for drug dealers, rap star wannabes, and bikers so well you try to figure that out?
