Unless by some impossible circumstance we are alone its basically fact that aliens do exist on other planets so thats no debate. As for ghosts, its very sceptical, and doesn't seem true but I have had my own experiences that I could not explain which has made me believe it could be possible. As for dragons...I think by now we would have found some sort of evidence of there existence. If we have found dinosaur fossils from 65+million years ago why havent we found them from a few centuries back.
aliens - possibly, although i personally think all the ufos could be people from the future visiting us in time machines.
ghost - yes. i've seen enough to believe they probably do exist.

3. You seriously think it's more likely for people to travel back in time than for aliens to exsist? Besides, due to physics they wouldn't be able to get back, because right now the future hasn't happened yet. Sorry.
When you say aliens, do you mean any kind of life on another plannet? Would fungus and mold count? If so then I'd say that. If dragons exist we would have found them by now. We did find komono dragons but they don't breathe fire or fly so I don't know if they count either.
But ghosts? That's just stupid, unprovable superstusions, like unicorns or god.
