I don't know and its been bothering me actually for the past 2 days, Not entirely sure with all these interpretations of religions. However i want to believe there is some kind of afterlife or reincarnation just to calm me when i'm old even if its all fake. I'm bringing myself to believe then is some kind of superior form or something that made all this as its never been answered and that we will have an afterlife. I despise of thinking that when we die it will be nothing all our experience in this short life will be for nothing and never think again. So yeah some kind of afterlife.

in most cases a bunch of people will bury you, have a funeral and miss you for a few days. your flesh and organs will decompose, and your bones will remain there for millions of years until they turn to petroleum.

Oh I don't know for sure, but I'd like to think that we just die and that's it. We just fade into nothingness and cease to exist. That's comforting to me. I don't like the idea of an afterlife. It terrifies me, actually.

Reincarnation makes the most sense to me since I do believe in the existence of a soul. Soul's aren't renewable resources man. Going purely on cold hard facts and what we can take away from them: Your brain is what you are, when you die it rots away into nothingness and your personality and memories go along with it. I really hope that's wrong though.

I semi-agree. I wouldn't say terrify as much as I would dread it. I could not imagine being around for eternity, it's unfathomable.

After death, our bodies are taken to the morgue where they are embalmed, and depending on the situation, an autopsy may be performed on the body.

After tha, there is a funeral, after which we are either buried, donated to scientific study, or cremated (in most situations.)

I believe I will get put in the ground, hopefully near where they grow corn. And then, after a few years, my nutrients get absorbed in a few ears and shipped off. Then, my enemies will buy the corn, and eat it. Later, when my spirit is floating around their guts, I will wait until they purge me from their bowels. And then, when my absorbed soul is a nugget of corn in their crap, I will whisper songs of the after life that will have them huddled in the corner, pants around their ankles, desperately praying to whatever god they worship to spare them from the voice of damnation echoing from the poo-streaked toilet bowl. I will then will the toilet to flush, with the last thing my enemies hear before the snapping of their sanity being my echoing, feces-based laughter ringing around their destroyed psyches until they join me as a stain in the sewers. Because when I say "eat me", I ****ing mean it.

Nope, you just die. Decompose in the ground and on Judgement Day then we will all face the Lord and will be asked if we were good people, if we did good in our lifetime.

I think so too. I find it hard to believe that after we die, we just slip away into "nothing-ness." There has to be more than that. Or else, Heaven will be awfully crowded. And we all know Hell is overflowing.

 Thoughts like these plague me all day. Along with "When exactly did time start?" because there has to be a beginning and an end to something, but time is weird, because no matter how far back you go, you could probably always got back further. And how big is space/the universe...It has to end, but that means it's contained in something and there is infinite space, but infinity is supposed to be impossible...

Ugh..,my brain hurts. :(

Piss off, and take your pseudoscience with you. If you don't know a ****ing thing about a subject, kindly refrain from abusing it. Oh, and another thing - the 'rule of energy'? Really? If you're going to trample all over centuries of scientific progress, you could at least look up the terminology for what you're talking about so you don't look a COMPLETE idiot.

That is a type of reincarnation. Not the one i believe but still at least its something.

What the **** are you on about? In what sense is the chemical energy contained in a corpse being used to power microorganisms a form of reincarnation? Good grief.
