Whether it's from lack of sleep, a long day at work, emotional strain, whatever, sometimesI just feel 'spent', likeI don't want to do anything. I'm sure this is a fairly universal human phenomon.
So what do you do to deal with this?
Personally I have loads of homework then a party tonight but I'm totally spent from work today. So I'm going to take a multi-vitamin, down a glass of watter, and then go on a short bike ride listening to upbeat music. Then after that I'll take a cool shower, we'll see how that works.
