When it's a beautiful girl, I just smile right back at them with some flirty eye contact ;) :oops:
When it's some other odd-seeming person, I stare back until they break their stare. We have a STARE-OFF!! :lol:

Thats pretty much what I do. I put on what people call my "evil" scare and I have some of my hair covering my face, so I look like an actual psycho. They turn away pretty quick.
Some guy staring at me for a period of time, I would say "Wat u looking at!?!". While a hot chick/cute stares at me, I would sometimes look away and then look at her again, and then look away and then look agian, and on and on.
Just a few days ago I was at a stop light and some guy pulls up next to me and stares me down. He seriously wouldn't look away for no less than 10 seconds, just staring at me, with this look, this **** look that angered the **** out of me. I just stared back at him and asked what the **** he was looking at. I mean I don't mind if someone looks at me and smiles, it makes me feel good ya know. But when someone stares and has this look of disgust, I just lose it, I can't stand it.
I hate people who stare at me, it pisses me off. If it's my brother or sister, I'll tell them to screw off, if it's just random people, I'll just ignore them unless they keep staring, in which case I'll probably look back at them... usually makes them stop.
I was at school and there was this one guy in my English ****that wouldn't stop staring at me. I didn't go anything then he started shouting comments across the room at me. He said some pretty nasty things, not as in sexual, as in disgusting. It was creepy.
