I usually do anything that can keep me from being bored and take my mind off the fact I can't sleep. Read, play games, draw, write, listen to music, watch TV, watch a movie, etc etc.
This thread is good advice for me. I usually never have trouble falling asleep, unless I'm hot and can't get comfortable.. which a turn down of the AC usually does the trick.
But for the past 2 weeks, I've been having trouble sleeping. I don't know if something is bothering me or what.. but I can't seem to doze off, even though I'm tired. Focusing on the fact that I can't sleep makes it worse. I'll start to doze off, then I'll kind of jolt awake. If it happens tonight, I'll try listening to some music, to keep my mind off of it.
