Normally I'll cry for a bit and then try to sleep it off. If I'm at work and can't sleep it off I'm kinda screwed. My brain will completely slump and I'll make stupid mistakes, which will make me feel guilty, which will make me more depressed, meaning I'll make more mistakes etc. What can I say? I'm a terrible human being :P
Listen to some good music, fairly cheery by my standards (some still might consider it depressing), have a chocolate drink and get a good night of sleep. Also, I try and go through my problems in my head and try and think of way of dealing with them.
