Looks wise, eyes and face are extremely important. Body needs to be in proportion and I much prefer shorter girls who are at a healthy weight AKA not fat but definitely not annorexic looking...

As for personality, I want someone who is fun to be around, who is kind, has a passion for SOMETHING, and I also find it really attractive when a girl is good with kids.

I like eyes as well. Personality would be first though -- usually if you really love someone's personality and traits you can see past their physical appearance quite easily, unless they're horribly ugly.
